A Word from the Founder

Following experience in recruitment in Central and Eastern Europe, I created AGILE in 2006. In 2007 we started our first medical recruitment and placed a Hungarian GP in a French rural context. Who could have predicted that, only a few years ago?

The citizens of the ‘new Europe’ have for centuries shared our values and a common history.  They now have the opportunity to work anywhere in the EU, far away or close by. Our work enables all European citizens to learn how to meet one another at a professional and personal level.  Europe is built through meetings and exchanges between people, in other words in the most enriching manner possible.

AGILE is the only French recruitment agency specialized in medical recruitment based in Central Europe, thus giving it keen knowledge and privileged access to candidates coming from this region. AGILE suggests innovative solutions, all the while respecting high ethical standards. AGILE works like an artisan, in the noblest sense of the word: a sense of obligation to its clients, tailor-made solutions, pride taken in a job well done, and skilled and effective intervention.

We see our clients and candidates/job-hunters as genuine partners. Through honest, transparent dialogue, we aim to overcome traditional power relations and create a mutually beneficial relationship. We are here in order to help them take up their challenges, wherever they may be, in a Europe that is modern, humane, and looks optimistically into the future.
