VII. Beginning of Collaboration, Follow-up and Guarantee

Our mission is complete when both parties declare they are satisfied with their working relationship. To this end, we continue to keep in close contact with our client and our candidate to make sure that everything is going smoothly, until the end of our guarantee period.

If however, in spite of our follow-up and attempts to mediate, the relation should fail and no substantial change in the role of the candidate (responsibilities, place of work, direct line of hierarchy) has taken place, we undertake to start searching again at no extra charge (excepting possible expenses) during a guarantee period agreed beforehand with our client.
