Guillaume Bernard is a graduate from the EM Strasbourg Business School. Upon graduation, he was selected by the French Ministry of Economics to work as a Commercial Attaché for the French-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Budapest. He then worked in France at a manufacturing unit of Japanese electronics producer Toshiba. In 1998, in Hungary he began his career in HR and consulting, specializing in executive and management recruitment. In 2006, he started his own recruitment and HR consultancy firm: AGILE. To date, he has recruited some 100 candidates in 7 different countries (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and the UK). Guillaume is a Senator of the Junior Chamber International (JCI). As well French (his mother tongue), Guillaume speaks English and German fluently and has an excellent grasp of Hungarian.

Charmed by Hungary during an internship, he returned there at the end of 2009 before starting work as Development Manager in AGILE. He speaks English and German.

Claudia San-Filippo-Wissler graduated in France in law and human resources. She initially worked in HR as a specialist in skills management and career management. Following this, she was change management consultant for two major international business consulting firms (including Deloitte&Touche). In 2003, she created and started her own coaching firm, taking training in fields such as team coaching, body language, NLP, and Ericksonian hypnotherapy, to name a few. Her experience enables her to coach individual managers (over 150 people coached to date) as well as teams that have to take up major challenging projects. She speaks English, French and Italian fluently.

She specialized in policies for equal opportunities and gender mainstreaming tools. Since 2008 she has been living in Florence where she is advising the regional training agency of one of the largest Italian trade unions. Besides this, she represents AGILE as Consultant for Italy and is the prime contact person for all our Italian candidates. She is a native speaker of Hungarian and is fluent in Italian, French, English and Portuguese.

Cyril Méan graduated from the University of Geneva with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. He is a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists and the Swiss Association of Psychotraumatology. Since 2001, he has been working as an independent psychoanalyst, based in Vevey, and opened a consultation office for the Francophone community in Budapest in 2007. He is a member of the International School of Lacanian Studies and teaches in Clinical Training for Lacanian Studies at the Clinical College in Alpes-Centre Auvergne. In Switzerland, he is co-organizer of a psychoanalytical seminar as part of the training for the Associations of Psychologists and Psychotherapists of Romandy and Ticino. At AGILE, he is responsible for supervizing and coordinating training related to stress management and burn-out prevention. His mother tongue is French and he speaks fluent English.
